Register Equipment w/ Pentair

Please make sure your equipment has been registered with Pentair.  If it is not yet registered, please do so prior to submitting a service request as I will not be able to create a work order without this step completed.

Basic Troubleshooting

Have you checked to make sure all connections are secure, breakers are on and not tripped, baskets have been emptied and filter has been cleaned at least once per season?
